Take a trip on the Commemorative Tour and discover some of the most famous places in world history
Olivier, your guide, for either 1/2 or full day, will accompany you on the Commemorative Tour. He'll tell you about the role played by the different nations in the conflict and show you their very moving memorials: The Thiepval Anglo-French Memorial, Beaumont-Hamel Newfoundland memorial, the Longueval South African Memorial etc. And you can relive the past today, in the still preserved Boisselle Crater and the trenches at Beaumont-Hamel. You can wind up your day with either a visit to the 1916 Somme Museum or to the Museum of the Great War. After a full day of history, you can enjoy a relaxing stay at Albert's 3-star Ibis hotel with all mod cons including soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms.

Hop on board the P'tit Train de la Haute Somme (Haute Somme Little Train). Explore the Somme countryside, the lakes and the Santerre plateau, aboard a magnificent steam locomotive. Then continue your excursion with a visit to the Belvédère de Vaux or a walk along the Frise ridges.
